What is this store's return and exchange policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible so that we may do our best to help you. We will happily exchange or refund items for you under the following terms:

*Contact Us*

* Your items should reach you within 3-10 days within the United States. International orders may take from 2 to 12 weeks. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase via email or contact form to let us know what issue may have arisen with your item. Items CANNOT be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days after they have been shipped without having heard from the buyer. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis, as with international orders.

*Refunds*

* Please specify if you would like to exchange for the same item, or if you would like to return the item for a refund. I will promptly issue you a refund or exchange upon receipt of the returned item.

* Shipping costs CANNOT be refunded. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs of the item they wish to return.

* Refunds and exchanges cannot be offered for items lost due to incorrect address information. Please keep your address current.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

Can I order a custom item?

Yes! We offer custom commissions for certain items. Some commission items are listed in our shop, and you may pre-purchase them, then simply contact us with the necessary details of your request. Please feel free to contact us about other custom items not listed. We will try our best to accommodate your request and will send you a quote!
